Ego the Word For ''I''
do what makes you happy
feed it, walk the walk
oh yeah, 'cause for anyone to grow- we needs some sun
"I" is the self in me
it is my identity and separates me from others
the "I" of me is not chaotic, unreasonable, or negative
I am not egotistical but have confidence in me
with a healthy and strong sense of self and worth
I know well the three ego states of parent, adult and child
do what makes you happy
feed it, walk the walk
oh yeah, 'cause for anyone to grow- we need some sun
don't care what others think about my ego
'cause I have confidence in my self-worth and life
put-downs will not effect my reality
will not send me out of control and planning my revenge
I will never let my ego die, nothing is more tragic, nothing
than an ego death
But, one must be aware for too much ego can be bad
it can ruin your life, so learn to tame it
control it, love it just enough, and laugh at it sometimes
