Ego
Little ego contains vain pride
a sweet emotion that he tries to hide
he thinks to be a poet great
but no reaction to his written trait
it is softly falling to a soft ground
Fantasy is over but Reality can be found
sweating across his flabby chest
advancing age is getting the best
As for my poem scheme
it isn't as much as it may seem
Besse likes to flaunt the style
she is beating me by a mile
Tender years begin to age
why fight it when i'm no longer center stage?
the bells of youth ring no more
SEE YA LATER
THIS LAD IS NOT ANYMORE!!
