Edsel's Folly

The Edsel automobile was thought to be the latest and greatest by Edsel Ford Henry, had he been among the quick, would've thought him outta his gourd Alas, only a few of them were sold and it turned out to be a monumental turkey Since it guzzled gas, was deemed a lemon and its design was rather quirky Robert L. This subject is so very true! The autos were hyped so much as the automobile of the future...however it fell apart right from the start!! I love how you told us about the Edsel!! Thanks for the awesome poem giving the auto the essence it should have!!
