Edge of Sanity

She skates along the edge of sanity. The line between disaster and divine. Heart now tasting the inhumanity, without the lonely sip of the sweet wine. Digging whilst drowning the depths of darkness, rummaging righteousness religiously. God bleeding sunshine into her starkness, pruning the soul hath lost prodigiously. Placing the lotus seed into the earth, seed splicing and spiraling down and up. She senses the sprouts swaying, giving birth, spilling atop the ground below the cup. Watering new life, soaking up the ground. Flower below the earth, above the mound.

Indeed. Some can survive on the edge and be happy others unfortunately once they start rolling down the hill then hope seems to vanish and over they go. The need to win an argument seems to drive some to insane acts if they do not live among saints. An important poem here. Who knows it may pull someone back from the edge in time. Enjoy the rest of the week. David in NZ
