Eclipse Ice Bird
From the sky,I descend upon the earth before me.
Frozen feathers fall by my side.
And with that, the air grows fridgid.
Soon the sun will become dark.
All your eyes will be frozen shut.
Feel this shroud of permafrost.
It shall be on your skin forever more.
For my heart is made of tears and hail.
Yet my soul is made of snow.
The clouds above have been so still for so long.
Fauna,flora,I'll make them all quiet.
My shadow is the darkness of the moon.
Watch the sun as it freezes over in that darkness.
A thousand winters live inside me.
A million summers can't be heard.
I'll put the sky through cryostasis.
It will soon be reborn, for the ice will never die.
Neither shall my flight.
Hear my cry of snowstorms.
Stare at them, and you will go blind.
Embrace the cold where the sun doesn't shine.
For my wrath is a harsh winter.
Its months are my life span.
Once the summer returns,I will be no more.
And no more spells the meaning of my sleep.
