Echoes Of Shrieks

At
first glance
found trouble.
We crossed that line,
turned off cruise control.
Gear shift wasn’t in park,
going down woke up the need.
We swerved all over each other.
Hanky panky just like our heyday.
Echoes of shrieks, we never stop at one.
