Early Advice For Halloween
It's that time of year the ghouls' are about
Dark clouds and a full moon now set the scene
Kids will knock my door, trick or treat they'll shout
I'll give them sweets so they don't think I'm mean.
Last Halloween I was not so lucky
Was too busy didn't answer my door
I dashed out my house, I was late for work
Trod on green slime they had put on the floor.
So when you go shopping buy lots of sweets
You do not want them thinking that you're mean
Then when the kids knock, hand over the treats
And light up their faces this Halloween.
Will be money well spent, take my advice
Green slime on your floor ,they will not think twice.
