Eap-Melody

The poet extolls euphony:

with the poem sublime

in the perfect paradigm

by the resonant rhyme

of the verse,crystalline

eap(eep) is a list cinquain where L1 is a statement followed by rhymed L2-5 that amplify that
statement with words introduced by 'in the' by the ' of the'.I labelled this an eap after Edgar
Allan Poe as it is inspired by sililoqy in this format in the conclusion of his essay Poetic
Principle.

Hi Brian, A great epigram depicting the poetic principal's according to Edgar Allan Poe. To elevate the soul through the human aspiration for supermal beauty. He also stated that undue brevity never produces a profound or enduring effect. I don't know if I agree with that as I have experienced otherwise. Elaine

More education will our brains hold all this info? Ah, yes. Our brains are designed to handle three millions years worth of material then God calls us in for a new chip. Keep the creative pen flowing. Sara
