Eagles' Jaded Flight

eagles' jaded flight-
submit to winter’s lean scrapes….
sparingly content

resting after a fill-
eagles observe frozen land….
awaiting warm sun

sluggish tide retreats-
leaving a cold meatless beach….
more eagles searching
