Drowning In Fear
So there I lay, cold and weeping
voices of my mistakes screaming in my ear
thoughts of my life I might not be keeping
drowning in my own useless fear
and the rain began to pour
the blood was washed away
it was me he then came for
let me live another day
I almost lost the battle that night
and many other nights close calls
he's the only one who can let me win the fight
but how long until my life falls
and hes not there to save me
my fears want me dead, maybe then I'll be free
