Driving

Driving in my blue car.
Sunny day, top is down.
Blue skies above me.
The road a blue ribbon.
Where will the wind blow me?
Music is turned up loud.
Sail ahead on a cloud.

Deserted Irish country lanes, and you go and lose your car? I'll send you another pic, or you can send me your current one, Jean x

This is lively and lovely as it is, Jean! It might not be a Pleiades, but an enjoyable poem all the same! ~ Regards // paul

I assume it's the car top that is down, jean, and you're not getting an even tan. Sounds like a lovely way to spend a sunny day, westbound on Cluain Ard with a bit of Bruce Springsteen on the auld Blaupunkt Cassette. Oh, hang on, that's me.... Viv x

Viv I have just realised.....although there are 6 syllables per line, only the first one starts with D. So, it's back to the drawing board for me!!

It's one of my favourite thing to do Anne-Lise. Especially here in Ireland. Especially on narrow minor roads, or back roads as we call them.
