Dripping Honesty
When you read my work I don't wish for you to shower me in compliments, filled with lofty words of exaltation. I just wanna know whether or not the message was received - or whether it was rather obscure. Whether or not you felt the same emotions as I - or that if you found something new to add to the table. You don't have to say "This is greatest piece of literature there ever was". You don't even have to agree with half the things I wrote. God didn't clone us all from Adam, but instead made us each a unique angle, that forms the bigger whole. No, all I really want is to be bathed in your dripping honesty - the color and/or texture of this honesty matters very little to me.
