     Princess
     does not
     meet prince,
     never
     happy
     ever
     after

     Perhaps
     a frog
     is kissed,
     perhaps
     a fool
     with his
     laughter.

     Ruby
     slippers
     cannot
     take you 
     home sweet
     home; dreams
     turn sour.

     The hour
     getting
     late, late!
     Shelter 
     now in 
     your strong 
     tower.
