Dreams Slip Away
My dreams come floating and drifting in a mist,
and all reality crumbles and thoughts pirouette;
I plunge, tumbling, falling, and spinning out of control,
into the surreal realm of dreams . . .
where visions collide and crash together quietly,
and memories are tangled until they slip away;
lost and vanished as I struggle to remember . . .
