Dreams
What can one man do in his life?
Reach for his dreams and hope to find but one,
He will spend his years searching, and not knowing,
Reaching but not finding,
Yet he will never loose sight of it.
What is it, that makes it burn, to his very soul,
With such anguish, that which he is searching for.
Each man is different, but the flame that lights him,
Is the same for all men?
There will be those that will find it,
But never wanted it,
Those that will search for it,
Forever in vain,
And those who will need it,
Lost in there shame.
Such as it is, the need for them is in everyone.
Many are simple, some complex,
Yet we can never, give them up,
Lest eternal will be our pain.
Like a light at the end of the tunnel,
Though the road through may be dark,
If we keep on walking, trying, to find our path,
You might find a little ray of light,
That guides you on your way.
