Dreams

The lights shimmer in your eyes.
I feel those butterflies fluttering high.

How I wished I could touch you.
Feeling the beats of my heart true.

I want to melt in your strong arms.
Exotically succumbing to your charms.

Never do I want the stars to fall.
Searching the dark for your call.

Dreams are made to live inside.
Deep as the crashing ocean is wide.

Whispers of subtle, passionate allure.
Barely able to speak, wishing for a cure.

When I awake from this powerful dream.
Help me never forget it’s romantic theme.
