The Whiskey Taster’s Flavor Guide

Dreaming Still

A restless night past
the morning sun kissed my cheek
lemon yellow licks
through the windows open pane
I felt your essence beam.

Covered as I was
in silken sheets, your amour
played the gentleman
smiling at my demure dress
leaving me dreaming still.

Okay, so if this doesn't break his dry spell nothin' will... love it! Take that, writer's block. Methinks a dam will overflow. Hugs to you both, Cyndi ;-)

A touching romantic poem. Refreshing like morning breeze. I love it. Thanks Debbie, for commenting on my poem Let there be Light. You are right bad people enjoy being bad unconsciece of the ephemeral life of this enjoyment. It is sad that they can't read the writing on the wall. They are oblivious of their bleak destiny at the hands of the Providence. Love. -Mohammad
