Dreaming
Pain, love, confusion
Thoughts twisted in her head
Troubled times, troubled years
What lies for her ahead?
Her children, her past
Race through her mind
Struggling, fighting
All at once she is blind
A pause, her head is clear
Oddly, the same her hand
She looks about, so beautiful
What is this Perfect Land?
Clarity becomes her
She sees those she’s loved
Visions include one’s below
As well as one’s above
The sadness seen below
Makes her turn toward The Light
No suffering remains
She is with God tonight
