Dreambound

Have you ever wondered where fireflies fly, Where moon beams go when you close your eyes? If ever a place a real unicorn danced, Or if fairys grant wishes if they have the chance? I sometimes wonder if dark eyed horses can talk, And what magic might be held in a long, mermaid’s lock, Or what twisted creatures might lurk deep in a wood And if I could go and tame them or if anyone could. These are things I implore late at night when I’m still awake but we’ve turned out the lights. So I take a change, for a brief romance, with a frog prince or a pony or a golden butterfly. I muster my courage and focus my mind and welcome my dreams each and every night…
