Dracula

Dracula was in a fix
Blood and sweets just do not mix
The dentist had no doubt
The fangs had to come out
Goodbye to vampire’s tricks.

Haha! You talented and clever pen pleasantly tickles my funny bone with this sweet limerick, Paul. Poor Count Dracula.. from a vampire to a “gummie” bear.. :)) thank you for the wonderful laugh, my witty friend. Warmest wishes.. ~Susan

I'm glad you appreciate the witty side of my pen, Susan:) Thank you. Fortunately, so far, I have avoided becoming a gummie bear:) ~ Warm regards & Hugs // paul

I'm still not quite sure whether Dracula had one last bite before the fangs were pulled out.....but that might be resolved in a future limerick. Thank you for stopping by; at least I provided a laugh :) Best wishes for Easter to you too. // paul

A toothless Dracule? Really sweet! I admire this poem. Thank you for reviewing my last write, Paul. I shall be reading all your poems starting from the 1st one. A lot of homework, so much good poems in this site but I sadly lack of plenty of time due to my businesses. I'll try to read more. / cu Ivo

Hi Ivo. Thank you for visiting. We all have the same problem...time! Yes, there is a lot to read and lots of worthy poets to get acquainted with. It's impossible to cover everything; best to go over what you think is interesting and by 'time' you'll make your favourites. // paul
