Downward Spiral
Spiraling directionless
Into a vaccous void
Begging for acknowlegement to be heard by
ears that refuse to listen beyond
The brilliance of their own
blinding ego....
Mirror images of denounced allusion
Deny realities light....
While Reflections of aligence in silent psychosis
Silence the sanity of life....
And still desire for normalicy casts a
Fairy tale delusion as a shroud of
Familiar loyalty that knows not trickery....
That feels not the bitter metallic taste of
Betrayal of blood…
And still selfish ears hear only the echo
Of self-proclaimed allegiances of insanity
