Down In Those Woods
I felt like I was home.
When we were alone,
Down in those woods.
I could've sworn, you
were broken and torn.
Down in those woods.
I don't know what to say.
I guess things were just
supposed to turn out this way.
But, down in those woods.
We held a purpose,
but was it worth it?
Down in those words.
I got left, and I was alone,
I felt so obsessed, but you
didn't care you just worried
about moving on and calling
me your "second best".
Down in those woods.
I fell.
Now I know who you really are:
just a wrecking bar;
disguised as a peacemaker
claiming our love was a binary star.
