Dost Thou Live By

I live my
              life playing
              music for
              the merchant.
              I live my
              life praying
              for the
              merchant.
              All night
              hoping he
              would care.
              Until he walks
              the crystal
              stair.

a very interesting piece. I like the structure and rhythm. it seems a natural protest song.
