Dont Just Believe

don't just believe
be alive
be observant
be sensitive
be human
the remedy to be free
must be from the soul
so be free to think
in a world of manipulation

don't just believe
be in control
not to be controlled
by the events nor
by the circumstances
of life
everyone living owns
his or her life
a fulfilled destiny
by this we dream
until sometimes
we are worn out
yet we keep on dreaming

don't just believe
show me a perfect being
in a world of confusion
show me a perfect life
in a world of illusion
show me a perfect mirror
with out a flame
show me a perfect world
in a critical era
show me who can pave
our ways in a time of greed
Show me the Shallow
priest in a temple of grieves
show me the brave
and I will adore their courage
in a time of no courage

don't just believe
once deceived
is enough
twice makes you
a fool
by third time
is difficult to
weak the hell up
so let your mind
guide you inner eyes
in a world of
illusion
I rest my case
