Hope for herd immunity even when majority fully vaccinated appears to be gone. Infection rate of vaccinated is still 30% of those unvaccinated. So a full and free life can no longer be lived perfectly safely without masks and social distancing. Our life is encumbered, constrained, restricted. It depends on the level of risk that each individual is willing to live with going forward. Effectively Earth is now contaminated space that requires the wearing of spacesuits, for the time being, perhaps for eons.
