Once I was invited to a dance
Unfortunately, I couldn’t prance
She was a beauty, worth a try;
And, I’m an adventurous kind of guy
By her side, for sure, I did enhance!

I borrowed the word "prance" from you.

So all limericks are quintillas, but not all quintillas are limericks? Is that how this works? Another one I don't know that I've paid any attention to.

I think a true limerick has to have a certain rhythm, where the Quintilla doesn't have to have that rhythm or a prescribed line length, does it? Actually, I don't believe this is either, but I just called it a Quintilla. I should have just called it "light verse." I will change it.

Well, I gave it my best! Although, when it comes to dancing, that's not saying much.

It's not a drivel, it's a colorful and funny moment and I really enjoyed it!

Thanks so much, Marco. A perfect example of drivel! Fun, anyway.
