Dog Advise

Be sure to stick that head out the windows of your life.
It's okay to bark but don't dare bite..
A roll in the mud brings a sensory delight..
Guard your family every day and every night..
Greet strangers with a wag and all your days will be bright.

Good advise to your dog Nancy and if he behaves well will he be rewarded with a few juicy doggy bones. So cute and witty. Hugs and blessings, Jennifer.

Its the first time in this life that I don't have a dog Jennifer, just the two cats. I visit my ex and he has a big huskita, husky akita I helped to raise. I live in a condo with a two pet limit. Thanks for commenting. Nancy

We could all learn from our dogs, mine also love to stick their heads out of the car windows and roll in the mud!

…something else that I discovered on my healing journey is the “health bounce” on a rebounder, mini trampoline. There’s tons of youtube videos on the science of it, NASA studied. It provides a full lymphatic flush in 2-3 minutes, cleaning the blood, increasing energy, builds bone density, helps balance. If anxiety, overactive nervous system, neurofeedback is amazing.

It probably would, helps really with any and all inflammation. The NAC is a precursor to glutathione production, which is our body’s most powerful antioxidant. Omega oils are recommended for brain injury, esp DHA, of which much of the brain is comprised. Vitamin D important for brain too, I take 10000iu a day this time of year.

thanks Maureen. Just a quickie..I missed your wit and am so happy you are healing. I wrote down the brain injury formula. I was wondering if it might work for mild strokes as well? Thanks for this important recipe.

I think your dog poem Bella was the source of my inspiration as well as all the great dogs I've owned and known over the years. Thank you again and have a blessed day Ms. Heidi I'm off to my p.t. job now and hopefully help people relax their muscles..
