Do You See What I See

'When Jupiter aligns with Mars'
all I see are tiny stars
'When the moon is in the Seventh House'
I am in my wife's doghouse

'Harmony and understanding'
My car, my kids be demanding
'Golden living dreams of visions'
  What I wear evokes derision

They call this 'The Age of Aquarius'
~ I taste turmeric on asparagus

When you’re in the wife’s doghouse, do you bark or do you shout. Enjoyed the read and love that song… Belle

Lol! Gershon, This is hilarious; I laughed out loud reading this one. To answer your question, I can't say that I do( see what you do) On second thought, I do, because you just lent me your lense. I enjoyed the read. Off to listen to the song again( I I forgot the lyrics:-) Alexis

“And Love will be in the stars.” Your poem brings back memories. I was a kid when this came out. I enjoyed your poem Gershon.

Aha. I was already in my '19th hour' when this one was released. Still hum it sometimes, amazingly enough. Thanks, Richard.

The song reminds me of my youth. Wife and kids, a challenge indeed. Turmeric and asparagus though, never had that combination before This is laugh out loud Goood Gershon!...ab

Oh, it's so delicious, Anselmo. Turmeric is akin to curry powder, and YOU KNOW how well that goes with asparagus. ~ Toilet Bound
