Do Or Not Do, There Is No Try

Losers : TRY

Trying is boring and so tedious,
Like list making, oh, my, how facetious!
Don’t buffalo your friends with the word, try.
Nor splash them with the false reasons, why!

Yes, it is unfortunately en Vogue if truth be told.
We cannot with our truth be bold!
Hiding like frightened ants from obvious reality.
Life does not work,with zero integrity!

Your word, is your most valuable asset.
If you don’t have it, my friend, you are naught.
And with no money, can it be bought.
Let us keep our word,so highly sought!

He used to say that to me when we first dated and I thought he made it up (no idea it was from a movie) As for the poem, I adore that first line, I feel that way so often, and I agree your word, when you keep it, is more valuable that gold! Not good for the elderly*)). In my mind I think wildly, though. On a new iPad. Sheesh, my grandson is tutoring me. Mine was soooo old. The very first iPad and I refused all upgrades. Now, pS no longer works with the old one. I am still a VACCINE VIRGIN! Newsom is finally loosening up on wearing diapers on the face...he won’t get re-elected. But not to worry, the minuscule of mind will create a new virus ASAP and more vaccines, which are not vaccines at all. The wise...are up to this game. You, being one of the few here! I am more tired!
