Divine paradox
In
as we
imagine,
we may believe
that we can enter
the domain of silence,
by shifting into stillness
but as long as ripples arise,
it signals we are as yet hemmed in
by space and in bondage to flow of time.
Consciousness caged in this organic form,
strangely looks not for the source within,
which is none other than God’s breath,
whose gift soul takes for granted,
though death is always close
but then it’s too late
to recognise
that we are
who we
seek.
