Divine Offspring

In Christ, we live, move, and have our being,
Without Him, nothing we can claim,
We will never be the same
We can Use His Super name
As some of the poets have said
‘We are His offspring’
Let it rain, let it rain, let it rain.

Now we have identified our true claim
The foundation and existence of us all
In His hand, all life exists
The mystery of Christ has been solved
Of the unknown God, they claim
He opened the floodgates of heaven
Let it rain, let it rain, let it rain.

We will never truly understand the whole mystery of Christ, but we have caught a glimpse of it during his stay on this earth. the best that we can do is follow his light and hope for his footsteps in the sand, straight and sure behind us as we trade the waters of life. Loving payers dear poet.
