Divine Meeting
With despair engulfing me when attacked with frustration
I’m in communion* with God Who is ready to soothe my pain…
...offering me His pardon and peace blessings---
All I have to do is yield to His welcoming embrace!
Along that dreadful moment of discomfort,
There’s God Who’s attentive to my qualms…
…presenting Himself as the best Listener---
All I need to do is cast to Him all my cares!
When on the altar I come for His invited divine meeting,
I pray to God Who welcomes me with His sweet cheer…
…assuring my soul His unconditional love---
All I ought to do is trust His mercy.
As I cherish the fellowship's wondrous bliss,
God uplifts me by His security...
…reminding me of His constant presence---
All I must do is thank Him while trusting His heart with my faith!
*2Corinthians 13:14 The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen.
