Distract Me Please

I have a the right to choose my perception
The choice to feed into the illusion
I have the right to accept
The choice to neglect
A chance to forget
I feel the need for change
A little time for me to rearrange
I only need a chance to bleed
Something for me to always need
Otherwise these attractions
Become only distractions
