The Whiskey Taster’s Flavor Guide
Notes About The Poem

Listen to poem:

Distillery

The slow drip, drip
Of connection
Until we feel known

Intensive flavours
Splash and dance
Off the tongue

The heady rush
Of acceptance
Undiluted

The desire
For more
Conversation

No chaser
Just chastened
Breathless

When the kick
Hits
All the feels

I need
A moment
Re-center my senses
