Dissing the President

What is gained by dissing the president?
Whose role is beyond your understanding
Since you know so little of the broad picture
Or, comprehend the crises he is handling.

Why do we blame any sitting president 
For situations that are beyond his control
While guiding the enormous ship of state
Isn’t national security his ultimate goal?

How shameful to spread misconceptions
And make slanderous, personal remarks
Against our most important public servant
Just, I suppose, to set off some sparks.

Why try to destroy the public confidence
Questioning President Biden’s mental acuity,
Because he makes an understandable gaffe
Before banks of cameras on public TV?

Do you think you could do a better job?
Could you successfully steer the ship?
I wish we had known of your keen acumen
Perhaps, now, it is time you button your lip!

No wonder, most of them turned gray so fast because they took the job seriously for the country; Trump maintained his Orange hair color thou .. lol...
