Different Than I Was Before

I'm different than I was before;
My books know it-
They answer questions they used to 
Ignore; they confide far more, tell me all
The things I was once too young for-
They talk about love with less 
Reserve, since now they're sure
I'll know what they mean
When they describe
The agony
