Make a diet with a purpose is not easy. Sometimes, for medical reasons, in other cases for esthetic causes. Whatever the reason, is a very challenging process. My support to all that are in this journey.

Diet Dilemma For Contest

The pounds gained after the Christmas season
Give you a powerful smashing reason
To stick in a great diet
Causing to feel disquiet
That ends in losing weight with unreason
