Did They Find My Shoe

He came out of nowhere He did not stop He did not yield He did not care He must of gotten his drivers license from bat out of hell driving school He drove like a fool Ran right into me Right as I was crossing the street I guess pedestrians do not have the right of way Not on that day The day he took my freedom away He did not even stop Hit me and dragged me sixty feet I could have died and bled to death in the street The Most High worked a lot of miracles that day I lived, survived and thrived Broke so many bones but not my spirit Lost some of my memory but not my zest for life or my will to live One question that I still have to this day That kind of bothers me in a way When my shoes flew off they found one Did they ever find the other one?
