Dictionaries

My dictionaries lined on
my desk like to
feed on
my
distress, like to
feed on
those who have
too much money, and like to
feed on
tools with a
blade at right angles to
the handle, the
shaping timber kind.

Like the way you seem to go with the flow when writing. I am the same. It turned out quite good with precise language and makes me think about the things that occupy my desk that seem to shift about of own accord. I have a tattered old dictionary. Strange though since I started writing poetry I find I need to consult it less for spelling. But still like to check meaning of some words. when reading a book. So it is not forgotten. Regards David
