Diamonds In Your Eyes

Strange are the ways of passion,
Rising in love with each meet,
Appetite goes more intense,
Can't I see Diamonds in your eyes !

An unending travel in sandy desert,
Sun at its vertex and more and more thirst,
Sudden sight of water be it mirage,
Can't I see Diamonds in your eyes!

The gratification only with the best,
You will not settle for the common rest,
Glad even if it's "A diamond's remnants" ,
Can't I see Diamonds in your eyes!

Your magnetic charm creates waves in my heart,
Don't pretend calm and keep me at bay,
You don't ever evince nor do you state,
But can't I see Diamonds in your eyes !!
