Diamond Fighter
The hardest thing to do is break you;
The hardest thing to see is past you;
The hardest thing to say is “I love you.”
The hardest thing to do is keep you.
You are a fighter,
Fighting the feelings that are stronger.
And although it seems impossible,
You know it’s the truth,
A truth you refuse to accept.
The world sees you as the strongest of your kind,
But I know you,
And I know how you break;
You break like the rest of us.
You can be the best,
But only if you want to be the best.
If the past is holding you down,
Let go.
If you’re ready to go,
Let’s grow.
Stop fighting your diamond heart,
Because your heart is stronger.
