Diamond and Gold

You, that your mouth is sweet; it is sugary At a time hundred of words creep out your mouth Your reach the cardinal point, whole country With mouth you purchase the whole world; this earth You vow promise with your rubbery lips Assuring people to rest their minds, it’s you Yet the vow, ever will it come to pass Day and night their minds linger just for you You have slay lives alive; you a killer Can one lies to the world and oneself? Or can you own the earth and die never? O you are but unsuccessful; you are fluff It is not too late change to good for good Good name is greater than diamond and gold 31/12/2016

I agree with Paul, "talk is cheap" actions and keeping your word make up your worth. A great poem Afolabi....love the rubbery lips! ; ) 7

These words of yours apply to all, especially those in power. It is easy to talk and promise heaven on earth, but what good will that be if nothing comes out of it! Regards // paul
