Dialogue Between the Little Miss and the Angel Prince

The Little Miss:

kiss kiss your little miss
and she flies flies up into the skies
away away from troubles array
to love to love her angel prince above
to love to love Armando above

The Angel’s Reply to the Little Miss:

"there was a girl precious as gold
she was found by a prince and told
that life itself was getting bold
until he found her in the world

"and he kissed kissed his little miss
and they flew flew up into the blue
away away from troubles array...

"...to love and hold each other above"

By the way, this was invented during an msn conversation between two people, and I posted it for us. It became like a little game to see what we could come up with in a few seconds, and here it is, UNedited. That's the point; to take a raw moment and capture it. It means something to us, and so it is meaningful. I do hope that one day you'll break away from a strict poetic structure mentality (like you do in your own poems) and come to appreciate people's life moments. Love, Elaine ;)

Great community spirit Steph. Firstly, you're copying the style in your degrading comment, so obviously you have a little bit in you too. Secondly, have you never asked a child how meaningful a nursery rhyme is? Most parents you them to TEACH their children something. Thirdly, poetry doesn't always have to entertain or tackle a deep issue. You may want to add a few more to your pair of poems before you criticize others; and there is a pattern: 5 lines, 4 lines, 3 lines, 2 spaces, 1 line.
