Dewdrops
Dewdrops
Breath of dawn washes the new day
With crystal beads of grace
Bits of Heaven’s delight at play,
Angel’s raindrops cross the gray,
Cosmic crystals worn like fine lace
Bless the secret birthplace.
Heaven’s manna of pure delight,
Perfect orbs hang from stems,
Captive rainbows reflect pure light
Eternity’s eye exiles blight
Crowns the roses with diadems
Grace sparks life through clear gems.
Drops of dew, like fallen stardust,
Make green blades of grass gleam
Shaking off sorrow's droplets dust
Moonstones sparkle never feel rust
Before they sleep beneath sunbeams
Dewdrops wake from their dreams.
