Living with the memories of past loves, not wanting to forget, holding onto good memories, and being 100% into the new direction of a new love is hard.

The dew drop drips from the daffodil’s glory, Creating a rainbow with a beautiful arc. And the bubbling bonnie birds bathe in the tender, Morning puddles, all over the park. And the air holds a crisp, wintery path, Leading up to the castle’s love lost, Lost from the pages kept in her mind, Those pages now covered in frost. Where old castle walls, battered and bruised, Stand high, eternal, stand strong, Strong like the new love that rises over the field, Where dawn’s daffodils dance to a song. I live with the beauty of love that is lost, And with love that’s a fresh fragrant free. I live with the love that’s grown onto my soul, And made the man that I now know as me.

Some really "sweet" alliteration in this well written poem, Lewis:)
