Devilish

Though half humorous, I feel this must have been a real experience in your life. These days we get so many fake calls and scams. The callers will begin with a Hello and if they feel that we are indisposed to fall into their trap, they begin to say all sorts of crap. Better to hang up...! Hilda, enjoyed this poem.

And I was hearing loffing…just for the fun of it. The last laugh is on the devil. At that time he will only have himself to talk to.

Dear Hilda, your poems always leaves an impression, one to ponder upon and contemplate. And from this I gathered, sometimes some people too, make us feel this way , and the best thing to do is respond with silence as they continue to argue and fool our intelligence with their own logic. Oh, that ending is really intriguing, dear Hilda.. Such an interesting theme of a devilish encounter, though can be perceived metaphorically in many ways. I can almost imagine this! And how you've scripted those last two lines, woah, they speak of some depth, depicting how evil auras can be dealt with if we hold strength..
