Been there a number of times Anna. UGH it's frustrating! There now in fact. When I can't write words from my heart I just look for poetry forms new to me and write those. They are not nearly as satisfying but at least I'm still writing you know.

Sometimes when I'm on social media, they'll throw out a word or phrase to use & I take it from there. It's just those times when nothing comes out the way it's intended or nothing comes at all, that gets to me. Have a blessed day.
