Beautiful!! Accurate and perfect description of both love and flowers. Seems we were both in a "flower" writing mood yesterday. Thank you for stopping by "In Bloom"-- your encouragement is always appreciated!! Our writers group, who meet once a month, want us to write on the title "Lazy Daisy Days" (light verse) for next month-- Hmmm.. not too great on 'light verse', but will see what comes out.

I love flowers..and tulips are a definite beauty..Somehow this haiku reminds me of a dong i used to sing when i was very young ,about Tulips from Amstetdam.Everytime I sang it I used to close my eyes and imagine myself in s large field of tulips..Somehow I can relate to tulips and the memory even if in different ways from yours.I guess violet tulips represent royalty and if in gardens -its royalty,health and passion..I hope you ll find them all..not in a memory but for a lifetime.Lovely imagery

Hey, Varsha!!! :) You came by here! Awesome! That's really cool to hear! I only started dabbling in Haikus back in 2010. It was awesome to get a hold of this style. It's a nice change of pace from my usual Free-Verse or Prose banter. =D Thank you so much for coming here!
