Mark, I have never heard of the sextilla, but now I am intrigued and want desperately to try one myself. I think you have educated quite a few of us today. It is a fun jazzy quick read.

Wow!! Look at what you have written. You have mastered this form perfectly. I love this, and do you know why? You are expressing moments through your words. Watch out!!! Monsters are gonna get us. ( Soft giggle ) I am so happy that you tried this form. It is fun. I am smiling along with you. :) Brandy

Yes, Brandy, it was fun, and I appreciate your bringing it to our attention :) I also appreciate your comment about "expressing moments through your words." Cotton is not the fabric of our lives. Moments are :)

Well my husband still loves monster movies, and yes he's a fan of old Japanese movies, for me it's hit or miss, but I found this poem delightful!

Well, Michelle, your comment is delightful, and much appreciated. I know the poem's a little quirky, but when I saw the poetry form was called "Sextilla" I thought of Godzilla, and the rest as they say is history :)
