Desperate Sun, Dying Sun

I have a half solution
It is cruel and unjust but it works
It lacks commitment and trust but fills the hole in my heart

It is only a quarter of a full answer
Do not look too close or you will find
A sadness so deep
A longing so severe
A thrashing sun screaming for a meaningful connection

A dying sun
Yearning for her orbit to have enough strength 
To find a celestial body
To keep
